Online training is a great option for anyone who is budget-conscious, or happens to have a very busy schedule.


Each program is created in accordance to the client's goals and abilities, with focus on increasing strength, flexibility, and conditioning.


 Each program is 4 weeks in length, with each additional training plan increasing in difficulty than the plan prior. This method maximizes results while minimizing risk of injury.

How it works:

1. Once the initial plan is created, it is sent to you via email for you to begin.

2. Once you review the plan, you can send all questions regarding the workouts to Bonnie via email.

3. If at any point during the 4 weeks you have questions or concerns, you are able to contact Bonnie for clarification.

4. Right before the final week of the program is complete, you have a set check-in date where you discuss how you feel, what you liked and disliked about the program, and your progressive training continues, if you choose to do so.
